Hoppy Bird Day Two Ewe

Happy tax day to you! I'm glad that was done months ago.  I'm too busy to do taxes today.
I have made a little game this week to keep me on track making cards for my display board for our upcoming Spring Fling next weekend.  We have a wonderful day planned for our demonstrators and their customers to come together for a full day of paper crafting fun.  We have cards and banners and scrapbook pages to make.  Even though I have a wedding in the afternoon, I just could not miss out on the opportunity to spend the morning at this fabulous event.
I have wanted to accomplish some wonderful things for my display that I have had up my sleeve, and I hope to get a bunch of them done, but I do get off track, and sometimes really derailed.  So, to keep me going I always look for challenges, and I also created a little game for myself by making up a list of different occasions for cards and I cut them up, put them in a jar, and I draw a slip and make a card for that category.  This one was for a child's birthday.
I purchased the stamp set Spring Sampler especially for making kids cards, so here is my first big attempt to use it.  I liked the salutation so much that I actually printed it up on the computer, because it would not be as cute without the saying.  Inside I used a birthday greeting from Bring on the Cake stamp set. I actually saw this card done by Cindy Elam(?) here
I thought it was so cute, and I just changed up the colors using the inspiration from The Play Date Cafe's Challenge#177.   That about wraps it up and ties it in a knot.
Back to the challenge jar to make another card.   Stop by and see what I draw next time.
