Berry Tickled with Oh So Eclectic

I had received the Oh So Eclectic stamp set from the Prize Patrol at OnStage, and I was a little intimidated to use it.  They had demonstrated using watercolor paper and spritzing, and I was just not into doing that, so I put it aside to experiment with later.  I think a lot of other people did the same, because I have not seen anyone creating anything with this stamp set and posting it with all the sneak peeks we are seeing.  So, when I got time to play in my little craft palace this weekend, I was determined to create something with my Oh So Eclectic stamps.  I looked for a layout that would inspire, and found one at Freshly Made Sketches 285.  Then I came across the Paper Player's Tic Tac Toe Challenge, and I chose the circle, die cut, and flower for my challenge.  SU Only Challenge is for Oh So Feminine, and what could be more feminine than flowers and lace?  So, I was set to create.
In looking for ideas, I did come across a blog that discussed the idea of 3 generation stamping with this kind of stamps, and so I experimented a little with this, and I love the results.  I first stamped my flower outline in Memento black, then I stamped the flower background with Berry Burst once, twice and a third time.  Love the results, so I did the same with the leaves in Lemon Lime Twist.  The flower kind of reminded me of the flower from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlets so I used that for my die cut cut from Powder Pink.  Don't you love these new In Colors?  I painted over the flower with Wink of Stella, although it would not show it in my photos.  So, for a little more bling I added a new embellishment, Clear Faceted Gems.  I decided the card needed just a little something more, so I stamped the background with Berry Burst tone on tone.  Love It!!
I hope you love it, too.  I think I will make this card for a swap that I am in.  Sorry girls for posting it before I mail them to you, which I never do.  Come back and see what else I created this weekend.
