Lovely Christmas CD Mini Album

We are having a class tomorrow night to make these adorable Mini Albums from CD covers.  I got this idea from one of our demo meetings, and I have been looking forward to this class more than any other.  We have been showing our album samples at our recent craft sales, and people have been nuts for them.
The album I made today is a special Christmas gift idea.  I adapted the idea for my album from one I saw on somebody's blog with pictures of family members, with a personal note from each member.   My twist on this is you can add photos of your family that the recipient will love, and have each family member pick out a gift card for that special recipient, and write down a reason why they chose the gift card.  Example would be a gift for grandma, and the first child buys a gift card for a yarn shop and writes "I chose this card for you, because I love the hats you knit for me, and I know you like knitting.  Another buys a card for a movie theatre and writes "I chose this card for you, because I love going to the movies with you".   And, each family member chooses a special gift card for grandma.
This would make a great gift for anybody that is hard to shop for.  Could me for a college student, teenager, dad, husband, or friend.  I can think of so many fun ideas for making this little album a very special gift.  If you have somebody special that you would like to make a gift album for, just let me know.  I'll squeeze you in last minute for the class :)  I can help you personalize it for anybody on your shopping list.
This also just makes a fun little brag book for that recent trip, dance recital, or treasured team photos.  You can add more pages, and expand the book up to about 15 pages.
The paper I used for the album is the Candlelight Christmas DSP, and then Real Red, Lucky Limeade, and Espresso Brown were used for making the inside pages, tags, and embellishments.  I used stamps from Evergreen, and More Merry Messages.  I will probably add more pages and stamped embellishments as I complete this special gift album for somebody I know.
Thanks for stopping by my blog, and leave me a comment telling me if you want to come for the class.
Have a great day.             Mary Alice
