Valentines for my little sweeties

I have been working on Valentines for my little grandkids today, and I think I came up with some pretty cute ideas for each of them.  I had fun playing with some of my new toys and stamps, and digging out some of my oldies that were perfect for each of the baby's personalities.
This first card is for Kol, who is 15 months old.  I used some of the stamps from Spring Sampler, and some from Ciao, Baby, and some from Pretty Petites.  I cut them with the Petite Curly Label Punch, which is my new favorite toy.  I just looooveee using it.  I dug in my stash to come up with some red glitter dot paper from Holly Berry Bouquet (retired) that was perfect for this project.  The "love you" greeting inside came from a retired set called Valentine Defined. I added a few rhinestones and a glitter heart to sparkle it up a little for my sweet baby boy.   I had to slip this one in the mail today, and it should be waiting for him when he gets back from vacation.  He is in India right now.  Lucky boy!
The second card is for Olivia Willow, who is 13 months old.  Her initials are OWL, so that's my little nickname for her, and that is why I got the Owl Occasions stamp set to make holiday cards for her. The owl was stamped in Baha Breeze (because I did not have Pool Party to match the paper), and I added a couple jiggle eyes.   She will be seeing owls for a long time.  I used a Pink Pirouette base for the card, and then a lacy paper from Tea for Two DSP, and the lacy heart is a lazer cut from More Amore DSP.  I cut the hearts free-hand from papers in the More Amore paper, and added an organza bow.   Inside I added a Love You stamp from the 25th anniversary collection called Best of Love.  It's hard to tell in photos, but I added a little Dazzling Details to sparkle things  up.
The third card is for my littlest grandson, Grayson who is 5 months old, and as cute as a cookie.  I had to take advantage of the cute little cookie man from Scentsational Seasons for his valentine card.  I finally decided to buy the Holiday Framelits to match the stamp set, after cutting pieces all winter, which was easy enough until I started mass producing products for craft sales.  I finally bit the bullet when the framelits were carried over into the Spring catalog.  I decided that I would not part with the stamps even if they retired, because they were so much fun to craft with, and see, I even used them for Valentine card.  So, it was worth it to buy the framelits, and I used them for the first time today.  Inside I wanted to use another new stamp set I got from the Hostess line called Stacks of Wishes, because it just expresses how I feel about this sweet baby.  It says "sweet angel, bundle of joy, tiny tot, little darling, blessing".  Don't you love that?  (I left off the Welcome, Baby that comes under the ducky.)
I have to say that I found inspiration in a couple of challenges this week that I plan to give credit to.  For the two boys cards, I used the colors from the  Inspired by Stamping Inspiration Challenge #45 to use Off White, Craft, and Red.  Inspired by....#61 had a photo inspiration of a white fabric heart with red checked trim.  I did not have red check, so I used my red dot paper to complete the inspired challenge.
Dynamic Duos #39 said to use Pink Pirouette and Pool Party, so that is the colors I used for the girl card.

Thanks for checking out my blog today, and hope you stop back again soon.
